Tutoring for K-12

Our Peer Scholar level connects students with honor-level high school tutors who are currently excelling in advanced coursework, including AP, IB, and dual enrollment classes. These student tutors offer relatable, peer-to-peer support that’s both encouraging and effective. By sharing their own strategies and insights, they help classmates understand challenging material, build confidence, and stay engaged. It’s academic support by students, for students.

Our basic tutoring program provides low-cost academic support to students in need. Led by caring, qualified tutors, sessions focus on building strong foundations in core subjects like math, reading, and writing. Whether students need help catching up or reinforcing classroom learning, our goal is to provide consistent, one-on-one guidance that boosts confidence and supports academic success. As a nonprofit, we’re committed to making quality education accessible for all.

At Rising Scholars, we believe every student deserves access to high-quality academic support. That’s why we offer free or reduced-cost tutoring services through our scholarship program. Families may qualify for assistance based on need, making it easier to receive consistent, one-on-one help in core subjects. Whether students are catching up or striving for excellence, our goal is to ensure educational opportunity is never out of reach.
